Foundations Care is a not-for-profit foster care agency operating in Australia, dedicated to providing protection, connection, and support for children, young people, birth families, and foster carers. The organisation’s mission centers on the belief that all children, young people and families have a right to feel safe and a right to thrive. It works in situations where children are unable to live at home, and collaborates with carers, caseworkers, and other stakeholders to ensure children are placed in homes that meet their physical, emotional, cultural, and developmental needs.
